Restoring stability. Rebuilding lives. Creating pathways forward.

Our Story
Journeys Way Foundation was born from lived experience, survival, and the choice to turn pain into purpose.
I founded Journeys Way in 2024 from the truth of my own life. My story includes betrayal, abuse, trauma, grief, and the deep challenges that come from trying to rebuild while still caring for children and holding on to hope. I know what it feels like to be broken down by life and still have to find the strength to keep going.
That is why Journeys Way was created.
I wanted to build something real for people facing homelessness, domestic violence, family separation, addiction recovery, housing instability, and other life crises. I know that in hard seasons, people need more than resources alone. They need compassion. They need dignity. They need support that sees them as human beings and not just their circumstances.
Journeys Way helps connect women, men, youth, and families to emergency shelter, transitional housing support, housing navigation, rent assistance resources, food and basic needs, and trauma-informed, family-centered support.
This foundation is for people who are trying to rebuild. It is for those who feel overlooked, judged, or alone. It is for families searching for safety and stability. And it is built on the belief that no one should be defined only by what they have been through.
Journeys Way exists to remind people that healing is possible, help is available, and there is still a way forward.
If you need help, we are here. If you want to donate, your support helps us meet urgent needs and build stronger futures. If you want to partner with us, we welcome the opportunity to create change together.
Journeys Way is my truth turned into action, and I hope that it becomes a pathway forward for many others.
